ConchiSanford: Female

"Female" is a solo exhibition of Conchi Sanford, presented by the Progress Gallery in September.2019. This exhibition showcased a body of work by the artist, including installation, sculpture and painting.

Conchi Sanford is an established artist and a curator who lives and working in North Pomona. Her work reflects her own cultural diversity and calls into question social constructs that pertain to identity. Her interest is in the psychological impact the experience has on the individual and how that manifests itself in the psyche. She is the installer and curator of the show.
